Cannabis delivery for Escondido
Hidden Meadows and Harmony Grove sit well outside the grid on larger parcels, where gate access is usually the deciding factor.
Where I-15 meets the 78
Escondido sits at the junction of I-15 and SR-78, at the eastern end of the Sprinter line. The city fills a valley ringed by hills, and what an address needs depends mostly on how far it is from the valley floor.
The grid: Grand Avenue and Old Escondido
Grand Avenue is the historic main street, and the blocks south of it form the Old Escondido historic district, older houses on a regular grid. Centre City Parkway, Escondido Boulevard and Broadway run north and south from there, while Valley Parkway and El Norte Parkway carry the east-west traffic. Addresses in this part of town are simple; apartments just need a unit number.
The edges are outside the city
Hidden Meadows, up Mountain Meadow Road off I-15 to the north, Harmony Grove to the west, and Del Dios beside Lake Hodges are unincorporated communities that use Escondido addresses. They are reached by winding two-lane roads, the lots are large, and many driveways are gated. San Pasqual Valley, to the east, is farmland.
